Onboarding

What is Onboarding ?

Customer onboarding refers to the process users go through from learning about the company to becoming a customer. It encompasses a series of interactions and engagements with the company designed in advance to enhance the customer experience.

Onboarding Process or client onboarding

  1. Know the customer: The first thing before carrying out any onboarding strategy is, get to know the customer’s needs, concerns and pain points.
  2. Manage expectations: Qualification factors and potential challenges should be explained as clearly as possible.
  3. Demonstrating value: The added value of the product or service offered should be conveyed in a persistent but not saturated manner.
  4. Communication: Depending on where the customer is in the process, interact through useful guides and tutorials (nurturing leads).
  5. Check success: The Onboarding process should be updated and improved by means of comments and objections presented by customers.
