Contracting a Spanish agency from the UK or the Netherlands
Working with us from abroad is simple. For Dutch companies, we are registered in the EU VAT system (VIES), so our invoices apply the reverse-charge mechanism and you do not pay Spanish VAT. For UK companies, services are invoiced as exports outside the EU.
We act as data processor under a written agreement (Article 28 GDPR) whenever we handle your customers' data, and our privacy policy explains how international transfers are covered, including the UK.
