On Wednesday 28 October 2026 we were at the Ibiza Innovation Summit, the first innovation summit of the Pitiusas (Ibiza and Formentera), at the Recinto Ferial in Ibiza. We presented our AI command centre: a single screen where AI agents read, sort and reply to what reaches you by WhatsApp, email, phone and web forms, and where your team decides what matters. At the stand, visitors tried it with their own company in a couple of minutes. If you missed it, you can still do the same from your phone at mando.geckostudio.es.

What is the Ibiza Innovation Summit?

It is an open event organised by Fundació BIT and the Chamber of Commerce of Ibiza and Formentera, through the Innobal Office, with the collaboration of the Consell d'Eivissa (Ibiza island council). Eighteen island companies present their technology solutions, from artificial intelligence and cybersecurity to sustainability, robotics and digital management.

  • When: Wednesday 28 October 2026, 10:00 to 17:00.
  • Where: Recinto Ferial de Ibiza (the Ibiza fairgrounds), on the road from Ibiza to Sant Antoni, km 1.
  • Entry: free, with prior registration through the organisers' form.

The programme includes a round table on the islands' innovation agents, a showcase of projects by Ibiza companies, a sustainability panel and, in the afternoon, a debate on how artificial intelligence has changed company processes.

The problem the command centre solves

Almost any business that serves customers has the same problem: messages arrive in four places at once, part of them repeat every day (opening hours, prices, availability, "where is my order?") and part need a specific person but sit in a WhatsApp group or an inbox nobody looks at until the next day. It is not a shortage of people. It is a shortage of order.

The command centre gathers everything that arrives onto one screen and sorts it into one of three boxes:

  • Answered automatically. What repeats, the AI answers in the customer's language.
  • Passed to a post. A breakdown, a booking change, a supplier running late: the AI creates the task with a deadline and alerts whoever is responsible.
  • Waiting for your approval. If money, safety or health is involved, the AI drafts the reply and nothing goes out until a person approves it.

No message is lost, and nobody on your team has to keep watch over four apps.

What we showed at the stand

We did not bring a canned demo. Visitors told us what your company does and the command centre was built in front of them with the posts their business would have: reception, bookings, maintenance, kitchen, workshop, administration and so on, depending on the case. They saw which messages would be answered automatically, which would go to each person and which would wait for someone's approval.

At the end, if they wished, we emailed them their complete command centre so they could show it calmly at their own company.

Try it on your phone

The same tool as at the stand remains open. It is free, you do not need to register, and we only ask for your details at the end if you want to receive your complete command centre.

Try the command centre with my company

Before you put AI to work

Since February 2025, the EU AI Act has required companies that use artificial intelligence to make sure their staff know how to use it properly. That is why the command centre page (in Spanish) also offers a free ten-question self-assessment: in three minutes you learn what is worth looking at first in your company. It is guidance, not a legal assessment. Our guide to the EU AI Act for SMEs covers the rules in English.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to pay to attend the Ibiza Innovation Summit?

No. Entry is free, but the organisers ask you to register beforehand through their form.

Do I need to bring anything to try the command centre?

Nothing. It is enough to know what your company does. If you bring examples of real messages your customers send you, even better: you will see what the agent would do with each one.

Does the command centre replace my team?

No. It takes the repetitive work off them and puts the rest in order. Anything involving money, health or safety is always decided by a person.

Is it suitable for a small company?

Yes. It is designed for any company whose customers write to them every day: law and accountancy firms, shops, workshops, clinics, hotels or service companies, whether they have five people or fifty.

If you would like to see it applied to your own company, get in touch and tell us what you do.
