AI Agency in Ibiza: Practical AI Consulting for SMEs

Gecko Studio is a digital agency based in Ibiza. Our AI consulting works in three levels with a fixed price agreed in writing: first the training the EU already expects of companies that use AI, then one use case running on your own data, and a named person on your side deciding anything important. We work in English with companies in the Balearics, Spain and, remotely, with businesses in the UK and the Netherlands that want a Spanish partner.

Three levels, from less to more

You do not need to start big. Each level is bought separately, and the next one is decided on what we learn in the previous one. Prices are starting points, in euros and excluding VAT.

Level 1: Compliance and training (from EUR 1,490)

For companies whose staff already use AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, a machine translator) and want it in order.

Level 2: One use case working (from EUR 4,900)

For companies that receive many enquiries, bookings or quote requests and want AI to sort and answer them, with a person making the decisions.

• AI agents that read, classify and prepare the reply
• A member of your team approves anything that involves money or customers

Level 3: Bespoke (from EUR 12,000)

For processes that do not fit a standard use case: several systems, reporting, workflows between departments.

• Measurement from day one, so you know whether it works

The monthly fee, where there is one, is not published. The final price depends on your channels, your tools and your volumes, and we give it to you fixed and in writing after the demo or the analysis, before anything starts.

How we work: four steps, all in writing

1. Diagnosis. We look at what AI you already use and where time goes: repeated enquiries, quotes done by hand, follow-ups that go cold.
2. Fixed proposal. You get in writing what will be done, what will not, what it costs and how long it takes. No surprises and no small print.
3. Set-up. It is built on your data and tested with your real messages. A person on your team decides the important things.
4. Measurement. We take a baseline before starting. Without measurement, we do not talk about savings.

Why work with us

• A person who answers. We work from Ibiza with companies on the islands and across Spain. You deal with someone who has a name, not an anonymous form.

What we do not do

• We do not promise savings we have not measured. The figure comes from your data, not from a brochure.
• We do not promise legal compliance. We prepare your team and leave a written record. The final legal assessment belongs to your legal or accounting adviser.
• We do not sell "AI for everything". We start with one concrete use case and measure it.

We did it at home first: we trained the Gecko Studio team and documented it in writing, and we use AI in our own work. We will publish figures when our measurement is complete, not before.

Frequently asked questions

What does an AI agency do for a small or mid-sized business?

It helps a company use artificial intelligence in its daily work: it prepares staff to use it with judgement and with European law in mind, and it puts AI to work on a specific task, such as sorting and answering enquiries or preparing quotes. At Gecko Studio we do this in the three levels above.

How is AI consulting different from buying separate tools?

Separate tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, the AI inside your booking software) get used by each person in their own way. Consulting starts from your business: which task costs the most time, with which data, who decides and how you measure whether it works. The tool is the last thing chosen.

Do you only work in Ibiza and the Balearics?

We work from Ibiza and serve companies on the islands and across Spain. Training and diagnosis are done remotely; setting up a use case is coordinated with you according to the project.

Is my company required to train its staff on AI?

If anyone on your team uses AI at work, Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks the company to put measures in place to train them. It has applied since 2 February 2025, and the July 2026 reform keeps it without requiring a specific level from each person. This is general information, not legal advice.
