What is the Digital Kit?
The Digital Kit is an aid program for SMEs and self-employed presented by the Government of Spain for the incorporation of digital services. Depending on the number of employees, these grants can range from 2,000 to 12,000 euros. To access these grants, you must contract your services with a Digitalizing Agent.
What are the requirements to qualify for the Digital Kit grants?
Although there are several requirements, most companies and freelancers meet them. These are:
We must be a small business, microenterprise or self-employed person.
- We should not be considered as a company in crisis (According to the European Commission regulation)
- Nor should we be limited by the prohibitions set forth in the General Subsidies Law.
- Nor be subject to a pending recovery order following a previous decision of the European Commission.
- Nor can we exceed the de minimis aid limit (200,000 euros).
An additional requirement will be to have the Digital Maturity Level assessment, which is obtained on the platform Acelera pyme.

Annual price to be able to present the justification. Including 10% discount for annual payment. The final price is invoiced. The investment cost is a calculation between the price of the product and the maximum amount of aid requested.

¿Qué es el Kit Digital?
El Kit Digital es un programa de ayudas a pymes y autónomos presentada por el Gobierno de España para la incorporación de servicios digitales. Dependiendo del número de empleados, estas ayudas pueden ir desde los 2.000 a los 12.000 euros, dependiendo del número de empleados de que disponga.
¿Qué requisitos hay que cumplir para acceder a las ayudas del Kit Digital?
Aunque son varios los requisitos, la mayoría de empresas y autónomos los cumplen. Estos son:
Debemos ser pequeña empresa, microempresa o persona en situación de autoempleo.
- No debemos tener la consideración de empresa en crisis (Según el reglamento de la Comisión Europea)
- Tampoco debemos estar limitados por las prohibiciones previstas en la Ley General de Subvenciones
- Ni estar sujeto a una orden de recuperación pendiente tras una decisión previa de la Comisión Europea
- Ni podemos superar el límite de ayudas de minimis (200.000 euros)
Otro requisito adicional será el de disponer de la evaluación del Nivel de Madurez Digital, que se obtiene en la plataforma Acelera pyme.

Estas ayudas se facilitan para la creación de una web y Expansión de la presencia en internet de la pyme mediante la creación de una
página web y/o la prestación de servicios que proporcionen posicionamiento básico en internet.
El importe de la ayuda 2.000 €

Requisitos mínimos:
Funcionalidades y servicios:
– Dominio: alta de nuevo dominio para la pyme beneficiaria durante un plazo mínimo
de doce meses. La titularidad del dominio será en su totalidad de la pyme.
– Hosting: alojamiento de la página web desarrollada durante un plazo mínimo de
doce meses.
– Diseño de la página web: estructura web con un mínimo de 3 páginas o apartados.
Se consideran páginas o apartados de una web, elementos tales como: página de inicio
(Landing Page), presentación de la empresa, formulario de contacto, descripción de
productos, datos de contacto, mapa del sitio (sitemap), etc.
– Web responsive: las páginas web diseñadas deben adaptarse para ser
funcionales en todo tipo de dispositivos.
– Accesibilidad: el diseño debe cumplir con criterios de conformidad de nivel AA de
las Pautas WCAG-2.1.
– Autogestionable: se deberá proveer una plataforma de gestión de contenidos para
el beneficiario, de manera que sea autónomo a la hora de modificar el contenido de sus
páginas web, sin la necesidad de recurrir al soporte de la empresa proveedora.
– Posicionamiento básico en internet: Posicionamiento de la información básica del
negocio, contacto y perfil de la empresa en los principales sites, redes de negocio o
directorios de empresas y profesionales.
– Optimización de la presencia en buscadores (SEO básico): Análisis de palabras
clave, SEO On-Page de 2 páginas o apartados, indexación y jerarquización del
contenido.

– Creación de la tienda online o E-Commerce y alta del catálogo de productos:
producción de un catálogo mediante el alta, importación o carga de los productos o
artículos de la pyme. El número de referencias a cargar por el agente digitalizador será
de al menos 100 referencias de productos, salvo que la pyme no disponga de este
número, en cuyo caso podrá ser menor.
– Métodos de pago: configuración e integración de los métodos de pago.
– Diseño Responsive: la solución de E-Commerce diseñada debe adaptarse para
ser funcional en todo tipo de dispositivos.
– Accesibilidad: El diseño debe cumplir con criterios de conformidad de nivel AA de
las Pautas WCAG-2.1.
– Posicionamiento básico en internet: Posicionamiento de la información básica del
negocio, contacto y perfil de la empresa en los principales sites, redes de negocio o
directorios de empresas y profesionales.

de los productos comercializados por el beneficiario en la tienda online.

Requisitos mínimos:
Funcionalidades y servicios:
– Social Media Plan: definición e implementación de una estrategia de redes
sociales alineada con la misión y visión de la pyme, que sea relevante y conecte con los
potenciales clientes, y fidelice a aquellos usuarios que ya lo sean.
– Monitorización de redes sociales: monitorización y control periódico a través de
métricas de referencia del impacto de las acciones, para cuantificar los resultados y
comprobar si se están cumpliendo los objetivos marcados en la estrategia.
– Optimización de la red/Auditoría Social Media: análisis de los diferentes canales
sociales para poder optimizar el rendimiento.
– Gestión de una red social: administración del perfil/usuario de la pyme en, al
menos, una red social.
– Publicación de posts semanales: publicación por parte del agente digitalizador de
un mínimo de 4-8 entradas (posts) mensuales.
