Four phases

1. Initial audit (1-2 weeks)

We analyse your website with our 53-module system: technical SEO, content, authority, local visibility and competitors. You receive an executive report, a score for each area, a list of priorities and an action plan. You can also start with our SEO audit.

2. Strategy and planning (1 week)

We define objectives, priority keywords, an editorial calendar and a technical roadmap, all aligned with your business. Deliverables: keyword research, a proposed site architecture, the editorial calendar and the roadmap.

3. Implementation (ongoing)

We carry out the work: on-page optimisation, technical fixes, content and link building, without you having to do anything. This covers meta tag optimisation, technical corrections, SEO content and link building.

4. Monitoring and reporting (monthly)

We track the metrics, send a monthly report and hold a review meeting, then adjust the strategy. Everything is visible in your client portal in real time.

What to expect and when

Weeks 1-2: onboarding, access and a full technical audit.
Week 3: presentation of results, strategy and action plan.
Months 1-2: technical quick wins, on-page optimisation and first pieces of content.
Months 3-6: visible organic results, active link building and scaled-up content.

How long until I see results?

The first technical changes show within weeks. For organic positioning, meaningful results usually arrive between months 3 and 6, depending on competition and your starting point.

Do I need to do anything?

Very little. We need initial access (Analytics, Search Console, WordPress) and your feedback on the content strategy. We do the technical work.

How will I know you are working?

You have access to the client portal, where you see tasks, metrics and progress in real time. You also receive a monthly report and a review meeting.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Most services have no lock-in and no penalties; Local SEO has a minimum of 6 months. We only ask for 30 days' notice so the transition is orderly.

What if I already have another agency?

We run an independent audit and show you what we would improve, with no pressure. If you see value, we handle the transition. If not, you keep the report for free.
