Multilingual web design and international strategy for a jet ski rental company in Ibiza

Ibiza Jet Ski Beach is a company dedicated to jet ski rental and guided tours in the Mediterranean. At Gecko Studio we designed a dynamic, visual and fully optimised website for an international tourist audience looking for water experiences on the island of Ibiza.

One of the project's biggest challenges was adapting the site to different European markets while keeping a coherent brand identity and looking after both SEO and user experience. To do that, we implemented a multi-domain, multi-language structure, where each country has its own optimised version:

• 🇬🇧 ibizajetskibeach.co.uk – Jet ski rental in Ibiza (UK English)

• 🇫🇷 ibizajetskibeach.fr – Location de jet ski à Ibiza (French)

• 🇮🇹 ibizajetskibeach.it – Noleggio moto d'acqua a Ibiza (Italian)

Each of these domains includes:

• Translations with cultural adaptation for the target audience.

• Language-specific keywords to improve local ranking in Google.

• Full control over URLs, titles and metadata for each version.

Development was done in WordPress, with an intuitive admin panel that allows the team to manage bookings, update prices, modify routes and upload images without any technical knowledge.

We also implemented key improvements in:

• Load speed (WebP, lazy loading, optimised hosting)

• Responsive design adapted to mobiles and tablets

• Individual SEO strategy per domain to capture traffic in each market
