Terms and conditions: Local SEO DIY report and Action Plan
Specific conditions for the packaged products DIY report (€89) and 30-day Action Plan (€199). For the Monthly local SEO service and any bespoke contract, the specific conditions signed in each case apply.
Terms are easier to read with one question in mind: what do I need ready so the work starts on time? Most delays come from there. A short checklist: read-only access to Google Search Console and to your Google Business Profile (if someone else manages them, ask before you buy); your billing details (company name, tax ID, address, email); and one person who can answer questions about the business during the period, which in the Action Plan is thirty calendar days.
1. Identification of the provider
The service is provided by DIGITEC IBIZA INFORMATICA, S.L.U. ("the provider" or "Gecko Studio"), tax ID B16508863, registered office at Avenida Isidoro Macabich no. 20, Bis, 3rd floor, door 3, 07800 Ibiza (Balearic Islands, Spain), entered in the Ibiza Commercial Register, Volume 315, Folio 184, Sheet IB-14485. Contact email: info@geckostudio.es.
2. Purpose
These terms govern the purchase and delivery of the following products:
- DIY report (€89, VAT included): an express audit of the client's local business with a 30-day action plan, delivered in digital format for the client to carry out.
- Action Plan, 30 days (€199, VAT included): a directed 30-day sprint in which Gecko Studio carries out the prioritised actions on the client's digital assets (Google Business Profile, website, local content, directory listings).
3. Purchase and payment
The purchase is made through the B2B form on each product page and the payment that follows through the Stripe gateway. The client automatically receives a Stripe receipt and, within a maximum of 5 working days, an official invoice issued from the provider's accounting system with sequential numbering.
To issue an invoice the client must provide: name or company name, tax ID, billing address and email. The data is used only for invoicing and for providing the service.
4. Delivery and execution deadlines
- DIY report: delivered within a maximum of 5 working days from confirmation of payment, provided the client has supplied the minimum access (Google Search Console and Google Business Profile in read mode).
- Action Plan, 30 days: the sprint starts within a maximum of 5 working days from confirmation of payment and delivery of access. The sprint lasts 30 calendar days from its effective start. At the end the client receives a results report.
5. Client obligations
- To provide the information and access needed to deliver the service within the agreed deadlines.
- Not to reverse, change or delete unilaterally the actions carried out during the sprint without prior notice to the provider.
- To report any incident or disagreement as soon as possible so that it can be resolved.
6. Intellectual property of the report and deliverables
The reports, documents, recommendations and deliverables produced under these services belong to Gecko Studio. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal use to apply them to their own business.
Resale, redistribution, publication or assignment of the deliverables, in whole or in part, to third parties without the provider's express written authorisation is not permitted. Internal use by the client is allowed, including sharing them with direct employees or the client's own advisers under a duty of confidentiality.
7. Warranties and limitations
Gecko Studio undertakes to apply professional good practice and the methodology described for each product. However, it does not guarantee specific search positions or specific business results. Search rankings depend on external factors (Google's algorithms, competition, the quality of the client's business) beyond the provider's control.
The client acknowledges and accepts this limitation as inherent to the nature of the service. Published success stories show real results obtained by specific clients in specific contexts and are not a promise of an equivalent result.
8. Refund policy
Refunds are governed by the specific refund policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
9. Data protection
Personal data supplied by the client is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights. The data controller is DIGITEC IBIZA INFORMATICA, S.L.U. For purposes, legal basis and rights, see the privacy policy.
Where providing the service involves access to third-party data managed by the client (for example reviews, leads or users of the client's own Google Business Profile), the client acts as data controller and the provider as processor, undertaking to process that data only for the purpose of the service purchased.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to keep confidential the non-public information exchanged under the service (access, business metrics, commercial strategy). This obligation continues after the service ends.
11. Changes
The provider may change these terms at any time. Changes are published on this page with the date of the last update. For purchases already made, the version in force at the time of payment applies.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of disagreement the parties undertake to try to resolve it amicably before going to court. If no agreement is reached, the courts of the consumer's domicile have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights recognised by applicable consumer law.
