Getting started and contracts
How fast can you start working?
Between 24 and 48 hours after you sign the proposal. We prepare the environment, access and planning within that timeframe so we can hit the ground running.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
Only local SEO has a minimum of 6 months, because of the nature of local positioning. All other services, such as web design, paid search and maintenance, have no lock-in.
Can I hire just one service?
Absolutely. Each service works independently. Results do improve when they are combined: SEO, content and paid search create real synergies. You can see the full range on our services page.
What if I am not satisfied?
With no lock-in on most services, you can cancel at any time. We aim for full transparency: if something is not working, we detect it before you do and propose solutions.
How do I know if it is working?

Do you work with clients outside Ibiza?

Do you work with businesses in Ibiza's tourism sector?
Yes. Several of our clients are in tourism: holiday rentals, car rental, scooter rental and yacht charter. We are a generalist agency and apply the same three levers, web design, social media and SEO, to any sector. Web design
Do you build custom websites or use templates? How long does a project take?
We build custom websites with WordPress as the CMS base on most projects, with bespoke development when the case requires it. We use AI tools as development support to speed up delivery without sacrificing code quality. A corporate site of 5-10 pages usually takes 4-6 weeks; a mid-complexity online store takes 8-12 weeks. Every project includes technical SEO from the design phase, speed optimisation and training so you can manage your own content. You get a closed written quote before we start.
Advertising and social media
Do you manage Google Ads campaigns? How do I know whether SEO or paid search is better for me?
Yes. We manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and social advertising on Meta and TikTok. The choice depends on timing. Paid search delivers immediate impact, which suits high season, launches or niches with little organic room. SEO builds assets that last and gives a better return over the medium term. Do you manage social media for Ibiza businesses? What does the service include?
Yes, it is our speciality. We have worked on the island for years and manage over 25 local brands: restaurants, hotels, shops, personal brands and tourism businesses. The service covers content strategy, in-person audiovisual production (we come to your venue to shoot), reel and post editing, daily publishing, community management of comments and direct messages, and reports with real metrics. We analyse your business and decide where it makes sense to be: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or LinkedIn. We do not post for the sake of posting; we post where your audience actually is.

How do you integrate AI into your services?
We use AI to do our work better, not to replace it. We apply it in web development, SEO content generation (always with human editorial review) and internal automations such as reporting, data syncing and customer support. Every deliverable goes through human judgement before it reaches you.
